The Héloïse Climbing Pack includes:

Cracks No More lip care, to repair lips affected by dehydration, dryness from chalk, and effort. As it does not contain SPF, it can be combined with sun protection.
Shock & Roll soothing serum, for all areas of discomfort: ligaments, muscles, tendons, and joints. It supports recovery before, during, or after effort—and Héloïse loves it to help prevent pulley injuries!
The Sport Ritualcream, with ultra-fast absorption and a very lightweight, non-greasy texture. It can be used during sessions to regenerate the skin without affecting grip on holds.

- Who is the Héloïse Climbing Pack designed for?

It is designed for climbers, both indoors and outdoors, who put intense strain on their hands and want to preserve their skin to climb longer and more comfortably.

- Is the muscles, tendons and joints serum an anti-inflammatory product?

No. It is not an anti-inflammatory. It provides comfort and soothing relief when muscle tension is not deep and can be used regularly before, during, or after exercise.

- Can I use the products during a climbing session without losing grip?

Yes. The Sport Ritual cream has an ultra-light texture that absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy film, allowing the skin to regenerate without affecting grip on holds.

- How long does it take to see results?

Relief is almost immediate. Your skin's regeneration process then begins right away, with visible results as early as the following day.

- How long does one tube last?

Each tube contains 75 ml. On average, one tube lasts 2 to 3 months with occasional use (approximately 2 to 3 applications per week).

- How can I help my hands recover faster after climbing?

To speed up recovery, it is recommended to moisturize the skin and apply a climbing hand cream after every session. This helps repair micro-lesions, strengthen the skin, and reduce recovery time between climbing sessions.
